Financial Statements

The linked statements reflect the financial position of the Catholic Diocese of Saginaw as of the fiscal year ended June 30, 2009.

Annually, the financial statements and internal control procedures of the Diocese are subject to an independent audit which is presented by the audit firm, currently The Rehmann Group, to the Diocesan Finance Council (a group of primarily lay volunteers). The full audit is available for review at the Diocesan Center (Chancery), located at 5800 Weiss St. in Saginaw.

The Office of Finance is working on a more user friendly version of these financial statements to be posted for the benefit of those who might not be familiar with this type of schedule.
