TRIBUNAL



Tribunals are ecclesiastical courts of justice, established both in Rome and in each diocese. Diocesan tribunals are mainly concerned with marriage cases. It renders decisions to persons alleging invalidity of a previous marriage(s), based on the law of the Catholic Church.
