United States Conference of Catholic Bishops - Go and Make Disciples: National Plan and Strategy for Catholic Evangelization in United States - Goals:

• To being about in all Catholics such an enthusiasm for their faith that, in living their faith in Jesus, they freely share it with others.


• To invite all people in the United States, whatever their social or cultural background, to hear the message of salvation in Jesus Christ so they may come to join us in the fullness of the Catholic faith.

Workshops on evangelization:

Introduction to Evangelization: One hour basic introduction on evangelization. The session will answer the questions, what is evangelization, what are Church documents on evangelization, and what does this mean for parish life. This program could be for parish council, commission leaders and a way to recruit members for a evangelization commission/team.

Evangelization - process and strategies: This is a nine hour course will study foundations of evangelization, Church teachings on evangelization, United States plan for evangelization and its implications and strategies for parish life. This course would be good for evangelization team and commission members.
