Do you feel a special call to minister to those who have experienced loss? The Diocese has developed a 7-week Grief Recovery Series that is meant to be facilitated at parishes. To become a facilitator of this series, you simply need to be a caring, faithful person who wants to help others. Having experienced loss yourself can add an even stronger connection with the ministry. This training supports both new facilitators and seasoned facilitators who want to refresh their knowledge of this ministry. The cost is $35 per person or $70 per married couple (includes Facilitator Binder, Participant Handbook, Grief Recovery Book, Lunch, Snacks and Beverages). Overnight accommodations are available on Friday, September 25 only, for an additional $50 per person or married couple, and includes a continental breakfast. The deadline to register is Monday, September 21, 2026.
