The Human Resource Office provides oversight and service in the area of personnel for diocesan offices, parishes, and schools. This office develops and implements consistent employment policies and practices for use throughout the diocese in collaboration with diocesan attorneys, the Chancellor, and the Chief Financial Officer.

The Office of Human Resources and Compliance provides services to employers, employees, and volunteers. Human Resources and Compliance assistance conducts criminal background checks and fingerprinting on all clergy and employees, as well as all volunteers who have regular contact with children in parishes and schools.
