"Messiah," by George Frideric Handel, is perhaps the most widely-known musical work in the classical repertoire. It is also unique in that the entire oratorio consists of quotations from Scripture: God’s living word, inspired by the Holy Spirit.
Guided by an award-winning book by Stephen J. Binz, we will deepen both our understanding of God’s redeeming plan and our appreciation for the timeless music telling the story of salvation.
Sessions will meet Thursdays starting November 5, 2026 and continuing into the new year.
All are welcome! Please let us know you are coming so we can prepare materials accordingly.
