Catholic Schools of the Diocese of Saginaw and Catholic Community Foundation of Mid-Michigan announce college scholarship opportunities
The Office of Catholic Schools, in partnership with the Catholic Community Foundation of Mid-Michigan, is pleased to announce the availability of over a dozen college scholarship opportunities for students in the Diocese of Saginaw. Collectively, these scholarships represent over $15,000 in potential aid.
Saint Gerard Society Announces Boyd Family Scholarship
The Saint Gerard Society announced a scholarship program honoring the Boyd Family for generations of dedicated service to Catholic education in Saginaw.
The Boyd Family scholarship will provide tuition assistance to families and students of all faiths who wish to attend Nouvel Catholic Central Schools.
Catholic Community Foundation of Mid-Michigan and Diocese of Saginaw Support and Recognize Work of Catholic School Teachers Amid COVID Pandemic
The Catholic Community Foundation of Mid-Michigan (CCFMM), along with the Diocese of Saginaw’s Office of Catholic Schools, is pleased to announce over $53,000 will be distributed to 160 full and part-time teachers who serve in our Catholic schools. Funding for this one-time stipend was made available through the Bishop Carlson, Bishop Untener, William & Marjorie Falsey Memorial, and St. Mary Medical Center endowment funds, respectively. These endowments state supporting teacher salaries as one of the specific uses for available funds.
