The Office of Parish Life and Evangelization is very happy to announce that on January 5, 2026, Kelly Hadd is joining the Diocesan staff as the Vicariate 1 Liaison and Coordinator of Marriage and Family Life Ministry. Professionally, Kelly worked at Dow in Midland, MI for the past 34 years in a variety of supply chain roles and has experience in customer service, international trade, project and change management, developing training, and managing work process. Kelly holds a Business Administration/Management BBA from Northwood University and an AS in Office Administration from Delta College.
A life-long Catholic, Kelly was raised in Port Hope and now resides in Bay City with her husband Tim of almost 25 years. They have been blessed with three children and are active in ministry at their parish, St. Gabriel Parish in Auburn. Kelly’s ministry highlights include coordinating and leading multiple formation events and workshops, participating in marriage preparation and baptism formation programs, delivering catechesis for youth and adults, and supporting the parish school (AACS) in a variety of ways.
Kelly is deeply grateful for this opportunity and is truly excited to dedicate herself full time to ministry, eager to journey alongside and serve the parish and diocesan community with faith, hope, and love.
