Sister Anne Ragan, MSSp, died on May 21, 2017 at the age of 101. Sister Anne was a member of the Mission Sisters of the Holy Spirit , a diocesan community ministering in Saginaw. Throughout her ministry in Saginaw, she served in many capacities including social worker, catechetical minister and more. Sister Anne was also a member of the League of Catholic Women.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, June 20 at 11 a.m. at Holy Spirit Church, 1035 N. River Rd, Shields. The Most Rev. Joseph R. Cistone, Bishop of Saginaw, will preside. Friends may greet the Mission Sisters at the church from 10 a.m. until Mass at 11 a.m.
