On Aug. 4, Bishop Gruss celebrated Mass with the priests of our diocese and blessed those priests celebrating a special jubilee anniversary of their ordination to the priesthood.
Special recognition was given to the following jubilarians for the years of priestly ministry:
- Rev. Thomas J. Fleming, 40 years – April 28, 1985
- Rev. Robert Byrne, 50 years – July 20, 1975
- Rev. Daniel Fox, OFM Cap, 50 years – May 23, 1975
- Rev. Robert S. Gohm, 50 years – April 6, 1975
- Rev. Loren M. Kalinowski, 50 years – June 1, 1975
- Rev. Donald Eppenbrock, 65 years – June 4, 1960
- Rev. Joseph Miller, 65 years – June 4, 1960
