Bishop of Saginaw hosts ecumenical gathering with pastors from other faith communities
On Tuesday, Oct. 28, Bishop Robert D. Gruss hosted pastors from other faith communities in the region, as well as local priests, for an ecumenical gathering focused on the need for Christians and Christian leaders across denominations to share the gospel in compelling and attractive ways – especially in a culture that is increasingly less supportive of the Christian faith.

Restored Soul: Mid-Michigan priest exemplifies God's divine grace

After an unimaginable loss as a teenager, he spent time drinking and partying to mask his pain. But the Bay City native said he never lost his faith or desire to one day be a priest. Now, decades later, Father Daniel Christe has answered that call.
