Parishes throughout the Diocese of Saginaw offer a six-week program designed to help you understand the grieving process and how grief impacts your life. This series is for adults who are grieving the death of a loved one that occurred at least three months prior. Participants will gain insights into the nature of grief, learn coping strategies, and begin to move forward with hope.
Each group meets weekly in a parish setting and offers a supportive, confidential environment for sharing and healing.
