Bishop Gruss to join Pope in consecration of Russia, Ukraine

Bishop Robert Gruss announced today that he will be joining Pope Francis in the Act of Consecration (click here for text) of Russia and Ukraine to the Immaculate Heart of Mary during a Mass celebrating the Solemnity of the Annunciation of the Lord on Friday, March 25.  

The Holy Father is asking each Bishop, together with his priests, to join in this act of consecration, if possible, at the same time. Priests are invited to join Bishop Gruss at the Cathedral at 12 (noon) or to celebrate locally in their respective parishes.  

All are welcome and encouraged to join Bishop Gruss this Friday, March 25, at 12 (noon) at the Cathedral of Mary of the Assumption in Saginaw. A livestream will also be available.
