"...what God has joined together..." The Diocese of Saginaw celebrates the Sacrament of Matrimony. Couples celebrating milestone anniversaries anytime in 2026 (beginning with 5 years and in 5-year increments thereafter) are welcome to join along with their children and their families. Bishop Gruss will celebrate Mass at 2:00 p.m., at St. Thomas Aquinas Parish, 5376 State St, Saginaw, and a reception will follow at the Center for Ministry, 5802 Weiss St, Saginaw. Would you like to enhance your parish marriage preparation ministry? An assessment tool like Prepare & Enrich is an important part of the marriage preparation process. This training is suitable for lay individuals, married couples, and clergy. As part of the training, each participant will learn how to administer the online assessment, interpret the couples' report, offer feedback, teach relationship skills, and work effectively with engaged and married couples. The cost is $125 per person or married couple, and includes lunch, training manual and all materials.
