T.V. ads featuring local faithful encourage civility, love and respect amidst divisive political Environment

Michigan Catholic Conference (MCC) is encouraging Catholics to model civility, love for neighbor, and respectful dialogue during conversation and engagement in the political process.

To encourage civility, a one-minute television commercial, featuring Catholics from across the state taking a pledge called the Civilize It pledge, recently aired locally and across Michigan. The Diocese of Saginaw partnered with MCC in the creation of the video which features several individuals from the Diocese of Saginaw. (YouTube videos include advertising by YouTube)

MCC also created a video (below) of six of the Bishops of Michigan taking the Civilize It pledge.
