It is with great sadness that we enter this time in which we cannot physically participate in the most important activity we can do: devoutly attending Holy Mass. While we cannot publicly join together in praying the Mass, we will not abandon Jesus, just as He does not abandon us. These Sundays, take the opportunity to grow closer to Him and long for the day you can once again unite with Him in the reception of the Holy Eucharist.
We invite you to participate in the Sacrifice of the Mass via electronic means if you are able via either television, radio, or livestream. During Communion time, pray the Act of Spiritual Communion.
If these are not available, or even as part of your new Sunday routine, you are encouraged to pray the following prayers on Sunday, a weekday, or at any other suitable time. These prayers can be prayed alone or with your family.
If possible, prepare a suitable prayer space with a crucifix, holy picture or even a simple candle.
