Holy Hours for Vocations with Bishop Gruss
All are welcome!
All Holy Hours are from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Bishop Robert Gruss is encouraging the faithful to join him in a Holy Hour for vocations. He’ll be in two parishes across the diocese each month.
Bishop Gruss will be bringing with him a relic of St. John Vianney, the patron saint of parish priests, for veneration (learn more about what veneration means here: https://saginaw.org/veneration).

First Friday with Bishop Gruss
Come celebrate the monthly gathering, known as First Friday with Bishop Robert Gruss. Mass begins at 11:00 a.m. and takes place at the Cathedral of Mary of the Assumption, 615 Hoyt Ave., Saginaw. ALL ARE WELCOME to attend Mass without registering. Following Mass, you are invited to join Bishop Gruss for a meatless lunch at noon and an informal presentation. Due to limited seating of 150 in the Lower Level of the Cathedral, please register if you plan to attend the presentation and lunch.

All women in the Diocese are invited to join LeAnne and Dr. Dan Osborn for a Saturday, March 14 Women's Lenten Silent Retreat: "In the Footsteps of Mary and the 3 Teresas."
This daylong retreat at the Center for Ministry, sponsored by the Saginaw Diocesan Council of Catholic Women, will explore how the spirituality of the Blessed Virgin Mother Mary, St. Teresa of Avila, St. Therese of Lisieux and St. Mother Teresa can enrich our Lenten journeys -- and our lives as beloved disciples of Jesus.

Emmaus Retreat for Grieving Parents
Are you a parent who has lost a child and would appreciate support? Whether it happens through miscarriage, stillbirth, or later in life, the death of a child is a deep and tragic loss for parents – and for their hopes and dreams for the future. No matter what the age, cause of death, or how much time has passed, the grief over the loss of a child weighs heavily on the hearts of parents. On Saturday, March 14, 2026, a one-day Emmaus Retreat for Grieving Parents will be offered at St Catherine of Sienna Parish in Bay City.
