"...what God has joined together..." The Diocese of Saginaw celebrates the Sacrament of Matrimony. Couples celebrating milestone anniversaries anytime in 2026 (beginning with 5 years and in 5-year increments thereafter) are welcome to join along with their children and their families. Bishop Gruss will celebrate Mass at 2:00 p.m., at St. Thomas Aquinas Parish, 5376 State St, Saginaw, and a reception will follow at the Center for Ministry, 5802 Weiss St, Saginaw. All women of the Diocese are invited to attend this Annual Meeting of the Saginaw Diocesan Council of Catholic Women on Wednesday, September 16, at the Center for Ministry in Saginaw. Registration will begin at 9 a.m. and the meeting will start at 9:30 a.m. Kelly Hadd from the Office of Marriage & Family Life of the Diocese and Fr. Stephen Blaxton will be the speakers.
