Men's Conference

The Saginaw Catholic Men’s Conference will take place on Saturday March 16th, 2024 at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church from 8:00AM – 3:00PM. The conference will feature talks given by Ralph Martin, Fr. Mark Toups (diocese of Houma, LA), and a primer on the sacrament of confession by Bishop Gruss. There will be private confessions along with the chance to grow in your faith and build lifelong friendships.

Emmaus grief retreat

Saturday, March 16, 2024 Emmaus Grief Retreat for parents of child loss.  Good Shepherd parish, 4407 N. Synodal Listening Session

All the people of God are invited to join a Synodal Listening session to give additional input between the 1st and 2nd SESSIONS of the XIV General Ordinary Assembly of the Synod of Bishops. Everyone is invited to attend one of the four sessions to be held across the Diocese of Saginaw.

Emmaus Grief Retreat

The Emmaus Grief Retreat offers a time for parents grieving the loss of their children to come together in fellowship with others who have walked a similar path. The day will consist of prayer services, witness by a parent who has experienced the death of a child, small group sharing, lunch and dinner in community with other parents on the retreat, the Vigil Mass at the parish, and a candle lighting ceremony with candles with a photo of each child being remembered.

JAM Jesus and Music Benefit Concert

FREE WILL OFFERING: This year's concert proceeds to benefit the Saginaw East Side Soup Kitchen. JAM was featured in FAITH MAGAZINE and have performed for many church services and events throughout the mid-Michigan area including Jazz on Jefferson, Thomas Twp. and Tittabawassee Twp. Concerts in the Park Series, and Youth events like the Feed the Fire, Saginaw Rally for Life, and the MYE FAITH youth rally at SVSU where they opened for Matt Maher and the JJ Weeks band.
